14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the one-time $30 Founder sign-up fee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net, enter the email address used at checkout, and follow the prompts to locate your order.
- Or email us at support@founderandcompany.com with your order reference and we will assist you.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Outside the 14-day window
Refund requests submitted after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may also be evaluated under Paddle's Refund Policy.
